hyaluronidase + regular human insulin

This is a combination of recombinant human hyaluronidase and regular human insulin. Hyaluronidase is an enzyme that depolymerizes hyaluronic acid in the extracellular matrix, thereby increasing tissue permeability and facilitating the absorption and dispersion of co-administered drugs. When combined with regular human insulin, hyaluronidase accelerates the absorption and onset of action of insulin after subcutaneous injection. This results in faster peak insulin levels, earlier onset, shorter duration of action, and reduced variability in glucose-lowering effects compared to regular insulin alone.
