HYC11395

HYC11395 is an investigational small molecule P2Y12 receptor antagonist developed by Hefei Heyuan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. It is designed for the treatment of coronary ischemic syndrome, including acute coronary syndrome (ACS). The drug functions as an antiplatelet agent by selectively and reversibly inhibiting the P2Y12 receptor on the surface of platelets. This inhibition prevents adenosine diphosphate (ADP)-induced platelet activation and subsequent aggregation, which is a critical step in the formation of arterial thrombi. HYC11395 is being evaluated for its ability to reduce the risk of thrombotic cardiovascular events in patients with coronary artery disease, particularly those undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).
