Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Shynroz is a topical triple-combination cream containing hydroquinone, mometasone furoate, and tretinoin. It is developed by H&B Wellness and is indicated for the short-term, intermittent treatment of moderate-to-severe melasma and other hyperpigmentation disorders of the face. Hydroquinone acts as a skin-lightening agent by inhibiting tyrosinase, thereby reducing melanin synthesis. Tretinoin, a retinoid, promotes epidermal cell turnover and enhances the penetration of hydroquinone. Mometasone furoate, a medium-strength corticosteroid, reduces local inflammation, redness, and irritation associated with the other active ingredients. Together, these components work synergistically to fade dark spots and even out skin tone.
