Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HZB1006 is an orally bioavailable, small molecule pan-FGFR (Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor) inhibitor developed by Harbin Treasure Pharmaceutical (also known as Harbin Zhenbaodao Pharmaceutical). It is designed to target FGFR1, FGFR2, and FGFR3, which are tyrosine kinase receptors frequently dysregulated in various malignancies, leading to aberrant cell proliferation, survival, and angiogenesis. By inhibiting these receptors, HZB1006 aims to block downstream signaling pathways such as MAPK/ERK and PI3K/AKT. The drug is currently undergoing Phase 1 clinical evaluation in China for the treatment of patients with advanced solid tumors who have progressed on or are intolerant to standard therapies.
