Overview

I-DROP Vet Plus is a veterinary ophthalmic lubricating solution developed by I-MED Animal Health and manufactured by Biocia. It is a viscoadaptive, blink-activated formulation containing 0.25% hyaluronan (hyaluronic acid) and glycerin. The product is indicated for the treatment of acute or seasonal dry eyes (keratoconjunctivitis sicca) in companion animals, including dogs and cats. Its unique viscoadaptive properties allow the solution to provide prolonged hydration and tear film stabilization by adapting its viscosity to the movement of the eyelid. It is supplied in a 10 mL multidose bottle and contains potassium sorbate as a mild preservative.
