Overview
I-Meg 3 (IMEG- 3 CAP) is an oral dietary supplement capsule developed by Optho Pharma to support eye health and manage ocular conditions such as dry eye, digital eye strain, and age-related macular degeneration (AMD). It is formulated as a combination of key antioxidants and essential fatty acids, including omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA), astaxanthin, lutein, and zeaxanthin. These ingredients work synergistically to filter high-energy blue light, reduce oxidative stress and inflammation in retinal cells, improve ocular microcirculation, and support tear production to alleviate dry eye symptoms.
