Drug intelligence / Profile preview
I301 ASPIRE-T (also known as TC-I301) is an autologous chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy targeting interleukin-13 receptor subunit alpha-2 (IL-13Rα2). Developed by TCRCure Biotech using its proprietary ASPIRE-T platform, the therapy is designed to treat brain cancers, specifically recurrent or refractory malignant gliomas. The ASPIRE-T platform redirects the TCR/CD3 complex to overcome the limitations of conventional CAR-T and TCR-T therapies, aiming to deliver a robust, sustained, and safer immune response against solid tumors. I301 ASPIRE-T is currently being evaluated in a Phase 1 clinical trial (NCT06355908) to assess its safety, tolerability, and efficacy in patients with recurrent or refractory grade 4 glioma.
