IAH0968 + capecitabine + oxaliplatin is a combination regimen evaluated for the treatment of HER2-positive advanced or metastatic solid tumors, most notably colorectal and gastric cancers. **IAH0968** is an afucosylated anti-HER2 monoclonal antibody, engineered to enhance antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) by increasing affinity to FcγRIIIa receptors. It binds the HER2 receptor similarly to trastuzumab, with improved activity and comparable safety profiles. **Capecitabine** is a prodrug converted to 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) that inhibits thymidylate synthase, blocking DNA synthesis and repair. **Oxaliplatin** is a platinum-based chemotherapeutic that induces DNA crosslinking, resulting in apoptosis. The combination—sometimes termed CAPEOX—shows promise in enhancing anti-tumor activity especially in HER2-positive populations resistant to standard anti-HER2 therapies and is under Phase II/III clinical evaluation for metastatic colorectal and gastric cancers[1][2][3].
