IAMA-001 is an innovative small molecule dual antagonist developed by Nanjing Jisheng Aoma Biopharmaceutical for the treatment of seasonal allergic rhinitis. It is designed as an intranasal spray that simultaneously targets the histamine H1 receptor and the cysteinyl leukotriene receptor 1 (CysLT1).
