Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IAN0982 is a multispecific antibody-based innate effector activator developed by Guangdong Sunho (Sunho Biopharmaceutical) using its proprietary AIM™ (Antibody-cytokine Immune Modulator) platform. The therapeutic is designed to treat solid tumors by selectively activating innate immune effector functions within the tumor microenvironment. While the specific molecular targets are currently confidential, the molecule is engineered to recruit and stimulate innate immune cells to enhance anti-tumor activity. IAN0982 is currently undergoing Phase 1 clinical trials to evaluate its safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy in patients with advanced solid tumors.
