Overview

IASO207 is an investigational *in vivo* Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy developed by IASO Bio (Nanjing Reindeer Medical Technology). Unlike traditional CAR-T therapies that require complex *ex vivo* cell manufacturing, IASO207 is designed to genetically engineer T cells directly within the patient's body to express a CAR targeting the CD19 antigen. This approach aims to simplify the treatment process, reduce costs, and eliminate the need for lymphodepletion. It is currently being explored in investigator-initiated trials for the treatment of B-cell malignancies, such as B-cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (B-NHL) in patients who have failed at least three lines of therapy, as well as autoimmune diseases like Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE).
