Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IB-T101 is an autologous chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy that targets CD70, a tumor-associated antigen overexpressed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) and other cancers. Developed using Inceptor Bio’s proprietary OUTLAST platform, IB-T101 metabolically reprograms and conditions T cells to enhance their persistence and function within the hostile tumor microenvironment typical of solid tumors. The therapy is currently being evaluated in a Phase 1 clinical trial for patients with relapsed ccRCC who have progressed on prior VEGF-targeted therapies or immune checkpoint inhibitors. Preclinical studies have demonstrated superior efficacy of IB-T101 in aggressive RCC models[1][3][4][5][7].
