IB003

IB003 is a recombinant human-mouse chimeric monoclonal antibody developed as a biosimilar to rituximab. It specifically targets the CD20 antigen, a transmembrane protein expressed on the surface of mature B-lymphocytes and most B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphomas. By binding to CD20, IB003 mediates B-cell depletion through several mechanisms, including antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC), complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC), and the induction of apoptosis. The drug was originally developed by InnoBio (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., which was later acquired by CSPC Pharmaceutical Group. IB003 has been investigated in clinical trials for the treatment of CD20-positive B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL).
