IBC101 (InDura-Cell) is an autologous, bivalent chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy designed to target both CD19 and CD22 antigens on malignant B cells. Developed by InnoBation Bio (acquired by Liminatus Pharma), the therapy utilizes an OR-gate mechanism, allowing the CAR-T cells to recognize and eliminate tumor cells expressing either antigen. This dual-targeting approach is intended to mitigate relapse caused by antigen escape or tumor heterogeneity, common limitations of single-antigen CD19-directed CAR-T therapies. The manufacturing process involves ex vivo expansion of T cells using IL-7 and IL-15 cytokines to enhance fitness and persistence, with genetic modification achieved via lentiviral vector delivery. IBC101 is currently being evaluated for the treatment of relapsed or refractory B-cell malignancies, including diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL).
