Overview

IBD0333 is a bispecific monoclonal antibody that targets both the cell surface antigen CD24 (Cluster of Differentiation 24) and the costimulatory receptor 4-1BB (also known as CD137 or TNFRSF9) (Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 9). By binding to CD24, which is overexpressed on certain tumor cells, and simultaneously activating 4-1BB on immune cells such as CD8+ T cells, IBD0333 aims to stimulate an antitumor immune response. This dual targeting approach has potential immunostimulating and antineoplastic (anticancer) activities. IBD0333 is being developed primarily for the treatment of advanced solid tumors and is currently in early-phase clinical trials.
