Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IBI-129 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) under development by Innovent Biologics for the treatment of solid tumors, including prostate cancer and small cell lung cancer. The drug targets cells expressing the CD276 antigen, also known as B7 homolog 3 (B7-H3), a protein frequently overexpressed in various tumor types. By binding to CD276, IBI-129 delivers a cytotoxic payload directly to tumor cells, aiming to enhance antitumor efficacy while minimizing off-target toxicity. The drug is administered intravenously as a powder formulation and is currently in Phase II clinical trials for solid tumors.
