Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IBI-130 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) under development by Innovent Biologics for the treatment of advanced or metastatic solid tumors. The drug targets cancer cells expressing trophoblast cell surface antigen 2 (Trop-2), also known as tumor-associated calcium signal transducer 2, and delivers a cytotoxic payload directly to these cells. This targeted approach aims to improve efficacy while minimizing off-target toxicity. As of the latest updates, IBI-130 is in Phase II clinical trials for solid tumors in Australia and China.
