Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IBI-360 is a monoclonal antibody developed by Innovent Biologics that targets Claudin 18.2 (CLDN18.2), a tight junction protein overexpressed in certain solid tumors, particularly gastrointestinal cancers. The drug is designed to induce antibody-dependent cell cytotoxicity and stimulate T lymphocytes, thereby promoting immune-mediated destruction of tumor cells. It has been investigated as both monotherapy and in combination with other agents such as sintilimab for the treatment of advanced or metastatic solid tumors, including adenocarcinoma and pancreatic cancer. Clinical development has primarily occurred in China, with phase 1 trials completed but no current reports of further development or approval[1][2][3].
