Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IBI101 + sintilimab is a combination of two monoclonal antibodies intended for cancer immunotherapy. IBI101 is an anti-OX40 antibody that stimulates the OX40 pathway, activating effector T cells and enhancing the anti-tumor immune response. Sintilimab (marketed as Tyvyt) is an anti-PD-1 antibody that inhibits the PD-1 immune checkpoint to restore and enhance T cell-mediated antitumor activity. The combination is under investigation for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, and its therapeutic approach leverages the synergistic effects of immune checkpoint inhibition and T cell activation[3].
