Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IBI133 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) composed of a monoclonal antibody targeting human epidermal growth factor receptor 3 (HER3; also known as ErbB3), conjugated to a topoisomerase I inhibitor payload. The drug is designed for antineoplastic activity by specifically binding to HER3-expressing tumor cells and delivering the cytotoxic topoisomerase I inhibitor directly to these cells, thereby inhibiting their proliferation and inducing cell death. It is being developed primarily for the treatment of solid tumors, including advanced, unresectable, or metastatic malignant solid neoplasms. The developer and manufacturer is Innovent Biologics.
