Overview

IBI3002 is a humanized bispecific antibody developed by Innovent Biologics. It targets both interleukin 4 receptor alpha (IL-4Rα) and thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP), key mediators in type 2 (T2) inflammatory pathways. By simultaneously blocking IL-4Rα and TSLP, IBI3002 aims to suppress cytokine signaling involved in asthma and potentially other T2 inflammatory disorders. Preclinical studies suggest that it may offer superior efficacy compared to existing monoclonal antibodies targeting these molecules, with the potential to address both T2 and non-T2 inflammation[1][3][4][5][6].
