IBI3003 is a trispecific monoclonal antibody (also described as a trispecific T-cell engager or TriTE) under development by Innovent Biologics for the treatment of relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. It simultaneously targets three antigens: B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA), G-protein coupled receptor family C group 5 member D (GPRC5D), and CD3 on T cells. By binding BCMA and GPRC5D, which are highly expressed on multiple myeloma cells, and engaging CD3 on T cells, IBI3003 is designed to redirect cytotoxic T lymphocytes to tumor cells expressing either or both antigens, thereby enhancing anti-myeloma activity and potentially overcoming resistance mechanisms seen with single-target therapies[1][2][5][10]. The drug is currently in phase 1/2 clinical trials in Australia and China for patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma[1][2][8].
