Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IBI3004 is a bispecific antibody developed by Innovent Biologics for the treatment of solid tumors. It targets and binds to both carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA, also known as CEACAM5) and death receptor 5 (DR5, also known as TNFRSF10B) expressed on tumor cells. By clustering and activating DR5 upon binding to CEA-expressing tumor cells, IBI3004 induces apoptosis in these cancer cells. The drug is being evaluated in phase 1/2 clinical trials for patients with unresectable, locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors[1][2][3][5].
