Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IBI3005 is a bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by Innovent Biologics for the treatment of advanced malignant solid tumors. It is designed to target both EGFR and HER3, leveraging a dual mechanism to enhance anti-tumor efficacy. The drug is currently in Phase 1 clinical trials, where its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary anti-tumor activity are being evaluated in patients with unresectable or locally advanced solid tumors. The primary goal of these studies is to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D).
