IBI3010

IBI3010 is a biparatopic antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by Innovent Biologics. It targets folate receptor alpha (FRα, also known as FOLR1) and delivers a novel topoisomerase I inhibitor payload (NT1, with a drug-to-antibody ratio of 8). The biparatopic design enhances tumor binding and internalization, resulting in superior cytotoxicity and bystander effect compared to mirvetuximab soravtansine in preclinical models. IBI3010 has demonstrated potent antitumor activity in FRα-expressing cell-derived xenograft models, including those with low FRα expression. Preclinical toxicology studies established high tolerability at significant doses in non-human primates. The drug is being developed for the treatment of solid tumors expressing FRα, including locally advanced malignant solid neoplasms, metastatic solid tumors, and unresectable solid neoplasms[1][2][4][5].
