Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IBI3011 is an innovative humanized monoclonal antibody designed to target the extracellular domain of the interleukin-1 receptor accessory protein (IL-1RAP). By binding to IL-1RAP, IBI3011 simultaneously blocks the signaling pathways of IL-1α, IL-1β, and IL-36, which are critical mediators in the pathogenesis of various autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. Developed by Innovent Biologics, the drug is primarily being investigated for the treatment of acute gout flares. It has been formulated at a high concentration to facilitate subcutaneous administration. IBI3011 is currently undergoing Phase 1 clinical evaluation in China to assess its safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics in both healthy volunteers and patients with acute gouty arthritis.
