Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IBI3013 is a novel, half-life extended monoclonal antibody designed to inhibit Interleukin-15 (IL-15). Developed by Innovent Biologics, it is being investigated for the treatment of various immune system diseases and dermatological conditions. By targeting IL-15, a cytokine critical for the activation and proliferation of T cells and natural killer (NK) cells, IBI3013 aims to modulate aberrant immune responses associated with autoimmune and inflammatory disorders. As of late 2025, the drug has received Investigational New Drug (IND) approval and has demonstrated promising preclinical results, which were presented at the 34th European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology (EADV) Congress.
