Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IBI3014 is a bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by Innovent Biologics for the treatment of solid tumors. It targets both TROP2 (tumor-associated calcium signal transducer 2) and PD-L1 (programmed death-ligand 1), integrating ADC-mediated cytotoxicity with immune checkpoint blockade within a single molecule. The drug is designed to inhibit tumor growth by directly killing TROP2-expressing cancer cells and simultaneously blocking the PD-L1 pathway to enhance anti-tumor immune responses. As of mid-2025, IBI3014 is in phase 1/2 clinical trials for unresectable locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors[1][2][5][7][8][9].
