IBI3026

IBI3026 is a first-in-class bispecific immune agonist fusion protein developed by Innovent Biologics for the treatment of solid tumors. It is designed to simultaneously target programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) and the interleukin-12 receptor (IL-12R). The molecule combines PD-1 blockade with localized IL-12 activation, aiming to enhance anti-tumor immune responses while improving safety by reducing systemic IL-12 activity. Preclinical studies have shown that IBI3026 activates STAT4/IFN-gamma signaling in human PBMCs and achieves complete tumor suppression in multiple animal models.
