Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**IBI3030** is an Innovent antibody-peptide conjugate in preclinical development for cardiometabolic disease. It combines an anti-proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9 antibody, intended to prevent PCSK9-mediated low-density lipoprotein receptor degradation and lower LDL cholesterol, with a peptide triagonist that activates glucagon-like peptide 1 receptor, glucagon receptor, and glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide receptor. In preclinical mouse, rat, and non-human-primate studies, IBI3030 reduced LDL cholesterol and body weight and improved glucose tolerance and metabolic risk markers.
