Overview
IBI3043 is an investigational therapeutic biologic being developed by Innovent Biologics for the treatment of locally advanced, unresectable, or metastatic solid tumors. In September 2026, Innovent's Investigational New Drug (IND) application for IBI3043 was accepted by China's National Medical Products Administration (NMPA). The drug is currently being evaluated in a Phase 1 multicenter, open-label, dose-escalation and expansion study to assess its safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy in adult patients with advanced solid tumors who have failed standard therapy. The specific molecular target and mechanism of action of IBI3043 have not yet been publicly disclosed.
