IBI3046

IBI3046 is an investigational small interfering RNA (siRNA) therapeutic designed to target the inhibin beta E (INHBE) gene, currently under development by Innovent Biologics for the treatment of obesity and associated metabolic diseases. By silencing the expression of INHBE, a hepatokine linked to energy metabolism and fat distribution, IBI3046 aims to provide durable weight loss while minimizing muscle mass loss, a common side effect of current weight-loss therapies.
