IBI310

IBI310 is a recombinant, fully human IgG1 monoclonal antibody that targets cytotoxic T lymphocyte-associated antigen 4 (CTLA-4). It has the same amino acid sequence as ipilimumab and functions as an immune checkpoint inhibitor by blocking CTLA-4, thereby promoting T cell activation and enhancing antitumor immune responses. Developed by Innovent Biologics, often in combination with sintilimab (an anti-PD-1 antibody), IBI310 is being investigated for multiple cancer indications including advanced melanoma, urothelial carcinoma, colorectal cancer (especially MSI-H/dMMR subtypes), cervical cancer, gastric cancer, neuroendocrine tumors, biliary cancer, nasopharyngeal cancer, liver cancer and acral lentiginous melanoma. Clinical studies have shown that IBI310 monotherapy or in combination with sintilimab demonstrates favorable safety profiles and promising antitumor activity[1][3][5][6].
