Overview

IBI310 + sintilimab + bevacizumab is a triple biologic combination regimen investigated for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). The regimen consists of IBI310, an anti-CTLA-4 monoclonal antibody; sintilimab, an anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody; and bevacizumab, an anti-VEGF monoclonal antibody. This combination therapy utilizes dual immune checkpoint blockade (targeting CTLA-4 and PD-1) alongside anti-angiogenic therapy (targeting VEGF) to enhance antitumor immune responses and inhibit tumor vascularization. Developed by Innovent Biologics, the combination is being evaluated in the Phase Ib/II "Prophet" study for peri-operative treatment of resectable HCC and has been explored in various clinical settings for advanced liver cancer.
