Overview

IBI314 is an investigational, fixed 1:1 cocktail of two SARS-CoV-2-neutralizing monoclonal antibodies, P5-22 and P14-44, developed by Innovent for treatment of COVID-19. The antibodies bind distinct, non-overlapping epitopes within the receptor-binding domain of the SARS-CoV-2 spike glycoprotein, blocking spike interaction with host ACE2 and thereby preventing viral cell entry. It was evaluated as a single intravenous infusion in Phase 1/2 COVID-19 studies, which were terminated. ([pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov](https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC9183246/))
