IBI346

IBI346 is an autologous CAR-T cell therapy targeting B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA), developed by Innovent Biologics. It is a modular P329G-CAR-T cell product designed for the treatment of relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM). The therapy involves both a BCMA-targeting antibody and CAR-T cells engineered to recognize BCMA-expressing malignant plasma cells. In clinical studies, patients receive intravenous infusions of the antibody and a single infusion of the CAR-T cells. Early-phase trials have shown that IBI346 is well tolerated and demonstrates preliminary clinical activity in heavily pretreated RRMM patients[1][2]. The mechanism of action includes inhibition of BCMA via gene transference and T lymphocyte replacement.
