Overview

IBI389 is a bispecific antibody that targets both CD3-expressing T cells and Claudin 18.2 (CLDN18.2)-expressing cancer cells. It induces immune synapse formations, leading to T-cell activation and cytolytic protein production, which results in tumor cell lysis. Developed by Innovent Biologics, IBI389 is primarily indicated for advanced malignancies, including pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) and gastric cancer.
