Overview

**IBIO123** is an investigational inhaled fixed-dose cocktail of three fully human recombinant neutralizing monoclonal antibodies developed by Immune Biosolutions for treatment and post-exposure prophylaxis of COVID-19. The antibodies bind distinct regions of the SARS-CoV-2 spike glycoprotein, aiming to neutralize viral entry directly in the respiratory tract following nebulized inhalation. Phase 1/2 studies evaluated IBIO123 in mild-to-moderate and severe COVID-19, and a Phase 2 study evaluated post-exposure prophylaxis in household contacts.
