IBIO401

IBIO401 is a T-cell receptor (TCR) mimic antibody candidate currently in the discovery stage of development by Immune Biosolutions for the treatment of pediatric leukemia. Developed using the company's proprietary HAbits platform, which utilizes the avian immune system to generate high-affinity antibodies, IBIO401 is designed to recognize and bind specific intracellular tumor-associated antigens that are presented as peptides on the cell surface by Major Histocompatibility Complex (MHC) molecules. This TCR-mimetic approach allows the antibody to target oncogenic proteins that are typically internal to the cell and inaccessible to standard monoclonal antibodies. The program is being developed in collaboration with an undisclosed partner and has reached approximately 85% of its discovery phase milestones.
