Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**IBL-202** is a first-in-class, orally available small molecule dual inhibitor of PIM kinases and PI3 kinases (PI3K) developed by Inflection Biosciences for hematologic malignancies. It demonstrates potent cytotoxicity against cancer cells in hypoxic tumor-like conditions, overcomes microenvironment-mediated resistance, and shows synergy with venetoclax by inducing apoptosis, cell-cycle arrest, and overcoming apoptotic escape mechanisms. Preclinical data support its activity across aggressive B-cell malignancies, mature T-cell lymphoma (mTCL), chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), multiple myeloma (MM), and acute myeloid leukemia (AML).[1][2][3][5][10]
