Overview

IBR733 is an off-the-shelf chimeric antigen receptor-modified natural killer (CAR-NK) cell therapy targeting CD33 and CLL1 for the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Developed by Imbioray (Hangzhou) Biomedicine in collaboration with Wuxi People's Hospital, this investigational therapy is designed to leverage immunologic cytotoxicity by replacing or supplementing natural killer cells to target leukemic cells expressing CD33 and CLL1. The product is administered intravenously following lymphodepletion and is currently being evaluated in early-phase clinical trials for relapsed/refractory AML[1][2][4][5].
