IBR854

**IBR854** is an investigational, off-the-shelf allogeneic natural killer cell therapy developed by Imbioray for advanced solid tumors. It is an antibody-cell conjugate composed of healthy-donor-derived allogeneic NK cells coupled through a stable linker to a humanized monoclonal antibody directed against **trophoblast glycoprotein 5T4**, an oncofetal antigen expressed across multiple solid tumors. The antibody component redirects NK cells toward 5T4-positive tumor cells to promote tumor-cell killing. IBR854 has completed Phase 1 evaluation in unresectable locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors and is in Phase 2 development with pazopanib for advanced renal cell carcinoma.
