Overview

IBT-001 is a preclinical, first-in-class, oral small molecule inhibitor of the NLRP3 inflammasome. Originally developed by Interius Biotherapeutics, it was acquired by Gilead Sciences to expand their inflammation portfolio. It is being investigated for the treatment of a variety of inflammatory diseases.
