Overview

**IBT-T02** is an investigational pan-ebolavirus therapeutic antibody cocktail comprising the chimeric monoclonal antibodies **FVM04** and **CA45**. The antibodies bind two conserved, non-overlapping epitopes on ebolavirus surface glycoprotein: FVM04 recognizes the receptor-binding site, while CA45 recognizes the internal fusion-loop region. By neutralizing viral entry, the combination is intended to treat Ebola virus disease caused by Ebola virus, Sudan virus, and Bundibugyo virus. Preclinical studies have reported protection in multiple lethal ebolavirus challenge models, including nonhuman primates; the program has been described as IND-enabling.
