Overview

A multimodal pain management combination that targets different pain pathways. Gabapentin reduces abnormal electrical activity in the brain and alters pain signal processing, primarily treating nerve pain. Ibuprofen, an NSAID, reduces inflammation by inhibiting prostaglandin production. Acetaminophen provides general pain relief through central mechanisms. Bupivacaine delivers local anesthesia. This combination approach may provide enhanced pain control through complementary mechanisms, particularly useful in perioperative and post-injury pain management.
