ibuprofen + paracetamol + phenylephrine

Maxigesic PE is a patented, fixed-dose combination small molecule drug developed by AFT Pharmaceuticals. It contains three active ingredients: paracetamol (acetaminophen), ibuprofen, and phenylephrine. Paracetamol acts centrally to relieve pain and reduce fever; ibuprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX-1 and COX-2) enzymes to reduce inflammation and pain; and phenylephrine is an alpha-1 adrenergic receptor agonist that acts as a nasal decongestant. The drug is indicated for the temporary relief of pain and nasal congestion associated with cold, flu, and sinus conditions, including headache, fever, inflammation, body aches, sore throat, and blocked or runny nose. It is formulated as an oral tablet and is available over the counter.
