Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ICE 1207 is an early-stage oncology drug candidate being developed by iCeutica for the treatment of lung cancer. The drug is a small molecule formulated using iCeutica's proprietary SoluMatrix™ Fine Particle Technology. This technology utilizes a dry milling process to reduce the particle size of active pharmaceutical ingredients to sub-micron levels, which is intended to enhance the solubility and bioavailability of poorly water-soluble compounds. ICE 1207 is currently in the preclinical/lead optimization stage and is available for partnering as part of iCeutica's oncology pipeline.
