ICG132 CAR-T cells + ICG134 CAR-T cells is an investigational combination cell therapy composed of two distinct chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cell products, each engineered to target specific tumor-associated antigens. These therapies are designed for the treatment of solid tumors, particularly glioblastoma and other brain cancers. Each product consists of autologous T lymphocytes that have been genetically modified ex vivo to express a synthetic receptor (CAR) targeting a unique antigen present on tumor cells. Upon infusion into the patient following lymphodepleting chemotherapy, these engineered T-cells recognize and bind to their respective antigens on cancer cells, leading to targeted immune-mediated cytotoxicity against the tumor. The combination approach aims to enhance anti-tumor efficacy by simultaneously targeting multiple antigens and potentially overcoming mechanisms of resistance or antigen escape commonly observed in single-targeted therapies.
