ICG134 is an experimental chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy targeting CARVAC, developed by The First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University. It is being investigated as part of the SuperCARTRRB1.0 protocol for the treatment of relapsed or refractory B-cell malignancies, including B-cell lymphoma and acute B-lymphoblastic leukemia.
