Overview

ICG134 is an experimental chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy targeting CARVAC, developed by The First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University. It is being investigated as part of the SuperCARTRRB1.0 protocol for the treatment of relapsed or refractory B-cell malignancies, including B-cell lymphoma and acute B-lymphoblastic leukemia. In clinical studies, ICG134 is typically evaluated in combination with ICG132, a CAR-T therapy targeting CD19 and CD20, to provide a multi-antigen approach aimed at reducing the risk of relapse due to antigen loss. The therapy is currently in early-phase clinical development to assess safety and preliminary efficacy in patients with advanced B-cell cancers.
