**ICG181** is an investigational BCMA/CD19-directed chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapy being evaluated for relapsed or refractory malignant plasma cell diseases. The engineered T cells are designed to recognize B-cell maturation antigen and CD19 on malignant plasma-cell and B-cell-lineage populations, activating CAR-T-cell cytotoxicity against antigen-positive cells.
